We're required by Canadian law to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You'll need to provide government-issued photo ID and proof of address. We may also ask for proof of payment method ownership.
Until verification is complete, we may limit your account's functionality. This isn't us being difficult — it's a legal requirement under Canada's anti-money laundering regulations.
All transactions on LuckyDays are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. We don't charge fees for standard transactions, but your bank or payment provider might.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. This is an AML requirement. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — e-wallets are typically faster than bank transfers.
We reserve the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. We'll give reasonable notice where possible.
All games on LuckyDays are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are fair.
If a game malfunctions or a technical error occurs, any bets placed during that malfunction may be voided. We're not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside our reasonable control.
You agree not to use any software, bot, script, or other automated tool to gain an unfair advantage. Cheating in any form will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Gambling is meant to be entertainment. If it stops being fun, that's a problem we want to help with. LuckyDays provides a range of responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. You can access these tools in your account settings at any time.
If you're in Ontario, you can also register for the province's self-exclusion program through the AGCO. Once you self-exclude, you must not attempt to open a new account or circumvent the exclusion in any way.

All content on luckydays-bet.com — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to LuckyDays. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our written permission. Game content is owned by the respective software providers.
LuckyDays is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform, including losses due to technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant event.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Canadian law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of your province of residence. Ontario players are subject to the regulatory framework of iGaming Ontario and the AGCO.
If you have a complaint, contact our support team first at [email protected]. We aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days. If we can't resolve it between us, Ontario players may escalate to iGaming Ontario through the process outlined on their official website.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may also close or suspend your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we decide to withdraw services from your jurisdiction. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you after any required verification checks, unless the funds are subject to investigation or forfeiture under these terms.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of LuckyDays after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you should close your account before the changes come into force.
